Corporate wellness retreats offered through Soma Shift Studio are customized multi-day wellness experiences designed to support employee wellbeing, nervous system regulation, stress reduction, team connection, and overall workplace wellness. Due to the expanded nature of retreat-style programming, multi-day wellness retreats are priced differently from standard single-day corporate wellness sessions. Retreat pricing reflects the increased preparation, facilitation time, travel, customization, scheduling, equipment setup, planning, and overall immersive experience provided across multiple days. While single-day wellness experiences are typically structured as shorter reset or team wellness events, retreat experiences are designed to provide a deeper and more comprehensive wellness experience that may include: Multiple guided wellness sessions 9D Breathwork journeys Nervous system regulation practices Team-building and mindfulness experiences Leadership and emotional wellness support Nature-based wellness experiences Integration and reflection time Custom retreat programming Corporate retreat investment varies depending on: Number of attendees Retreat duration Travel and accommodation requirements Venue type and location Indoor or outdoor setup logistics Equipment and audio requirements Degree of customization requested Additional wellness programming or collaborations Because every retreat is uniquely tailored to the organization and experience being created, custom quotes are provided following a consultation to ensure the retreat aligns with the company’s goals, wellness objectives, and overall vision.
